Risa Ohki

Risa Ohki is a Japanese vocalist, composer and keyboard player who was born in Osaka and graduated from the Osaka College of Music after forming the band "Pagent" there. She made her musical début in 1986, and is best-known for lending her unique voice to Nobuo Uematsu's "Final Fantasy: Pray" album and some tracks on its companion CD, "Final Fantasy: Love Will Grow", both discs being focused on remaking and adding vocal tracks to Uematsu's instrumental compositions originally featured in various instalments of the much-acclaimed "Final Fantasy" series of video games. Little is known about Risa beyond the above, though she has proved herself extremely capable in a linguistic sense, performing in at least five languages besides her own mother-tongue.
