What is a fanlisting?

The TFL.org definition of a fanlisting is as follows: "A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are), they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans."

Sic Transit Gloria

Opened on Valentine's Day 2006, this fanlisting, the only one listed at The Fanlistings Network for its subject, is dedicated to the lovely Akasha, webmistress of gloryfades.org and a staff member at TFL. It's owned and run by Trialia; the layout was created in Photoshop using a photograph of code from the movie The Matrix, of which Akasha's a dedicated fan, and the site's name comes from the song that gave her domain its name (Sic Transit Gloria...
